4- وتهدف خطة العمل المتعدِّدة السنوات المقترحة إلى تهيئة الدول الأطراف لاستعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس من الاتفاقية خلال الدورة الثانية لآلية استعراض التنفيذ، وهي تتيح للفريق العامل تنظيم أعماله تبعاً لذلك، حسبما اعتزمه الفريق العامل منذ اجتماعه الرابع الذي عُقد في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010.

At its fourth meeting, held on 16 and 17 December 2010, the Working Group recommended that the Secretariat develop a multi-year workplan for its consideration at its meeting on 25 and 26 August 2011, aimed at preparing States for the review of implementation of chapter V of the Convention during the second review cycle.

It is envisaged that future meetings of the Working Group will become increasingly technical in nature, with a view to strengthening the group's technical role in guiding implementation of the Convention against Corruption, strengthening the asset recovery regime and advising on the review of implementation of chapter V of the Convention against Corruption.
52- ويُتوخّى أن تصبح اجتماعات الفريق العامل المقبلة ذات طابع فني متزايد، بهدف تعزيز دوره الفني في توجيه تنفيذ اتفاقية مكافحة الفساد، وتعزيز نظام استرداد الموجودات، وإسداء المشورة بشأن استعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس من الاتفاقية.

At its meeting on 16 and 17 December 2010, the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery stressed the importance of preparing States parties for the review of implementation of chapter V of the Convention and encouraged States parties to voluntarily complete early the self-assessment checklist on that chapter.
55- في اجتماع الفريق العامل المعني باسترداد الموجودات المعقود يومي 16 و17 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010، شدد على أهمية تهيئة الدول الأطراف لاستعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس من الاتفاقية، وشجع الدول الأطراف على التبكير بملء قائمة التقييم الذاتي المرجعية فيما يخص ذلك الفصل.

The Working Group at its sixth meeting adopted a workplan aimed at structuring its work so as to cover all matters dealt with in chapter V of the Convention in thematic discussions, thus contributing in their preparation for the review of implementation of chapter V.

Moreover, the proposed workplan for the meetings of the Working Group until 2015 is aimed at structuring its work so as to cover all matters dealt with in chapter V of the Convention and to allow States parties to further develop their knowledge and understanding of the asset recovery provisions of the Convention, thus contributing in their preparation for the review of implementation of chapter V.
