Having considered the Report of the Secretary-General on the role of Information and Communication in promoting the just causes and image of Islam, through updating the mechanisms of the information strategy and of the Islamic States' Information Plan,
وبعد الإطلاع على تقرير الأمين العام بشأن دور الإعلام والاتصال في النهوض بقضايا الإسلام العادلة وبيان صورته من خلال تحديث آليات الاستراتيجية الإعلامية والخطة الإعلامية للدول الإسلامية:

Having taken cognizance of the Report of the OIC Secretary-General on the Role of Information and Communication in promoting the just causes of Islam, as well as the Report of the Secretary-General on implementing the Work Program for the financial year 2003-2004 derived from the Information Plan and attached to this Resolution;
وبعد الاطلاع على تقرير الأمين العام بشأن دور الإعلام والاتصال في النهوض بقضايا الإسلام العادلة، وكذلك على تقرير معاليه بشأن تنفيذ برنامج العمل للسنة المالية 2003/2004 المستخلص من الخطة الإعلامية والمرفق بهذا القرار:

Having considered the Report of the OIC Secretary-General on the Role of Information and Communication in Promoting the Just Causes of the Islamic Ummah and Projecting the True Image of Islam, and having also considered his Preliminary Report on the OIC institutions specialized in the field of information and the Activity Report of the International Islamic News Agency (IINA);
بعد إطلاعها على تقرير الأمين العام بشأن دور الإعلام والاتصال في النهوض بقضايا الإسلام العادلة وبيان صورته، وعلى تقريره التمهيدي عن المؤسسات المتخصصة في مجال الإعلام في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، وعلى تقرير وكالة الأنباء الإسلامية الدولية " إينا " بشأن نشاطات هذه المؤسسة ومشروعاتها،

Noting the report of the OIC Secretary-General on the Role of Information and Communication in promoting the just causes of Islam and highlighting its true image as well as the report of the Secretary General on the implementation of the work programme for the financial year 2002/2003 on the basis of the Information Plan;
وبعد الاطلاع على تقرير الأمين العام بشأن دور الإعلام والاتصال في النهوض بقضايا الإسلام العادلة، وكذلك على تقرير معاليه بشأن تنفيذ برنامج العمل للسنة المالية 2002/2003 المستخلص من الخطة الإعلامية والمرفق بهذا القرار :

وإذ تذكر بالقرار رقم 1/31 - إ ع، الصادر عن الدورة الحادية والثلاثين للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الخارجية التي عقدت في اسطنبول بالجمهورية التركية، في الفترة من 26 إلى 28 ربيع الآخر 1425هـ (14-16 حزيران/يونيه 2004م)، بشأن دور الإعلام والاتصال في النهوض بقضايا الإسلام العادلة،

Recalling also resolution No. 1/29-INF adopted by the 29th Session of the ICFM held in Khartoum, Republic of Sudan from 14 to 16 Rabi Ul Thani 1423H (25-27 June 2002) on the Role of Information and Communication in Promoting the Just Causes of Islam;
