1. Each State Party shall undertake, in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic legal system, to make punishable one or both of the following types of conduct:
١ - تتعهد كل دولة طرف ، وفقا للمبادىء اﻷساسية لنظامها القانوني الداخلي ، بأن توجب العقاب على أحد نمطي السلوك التاليين أو على كليهما :

١ - تتعهد كل دولة طرف ، وفقا للمبادىء اﻷساسية لنظامها القانوني الداخلي ، بأن تفرض عقوبة على أحد نمطي السلوك التاليين أو كليهما :

٢ - على كل دولة طرف ، لدى تنفيذ التزاماتها بمقتضى الاتفاقية ، أن تتخذ ما يلزم من التدابير ، بما فيها التدابير التشريعية والادارية ، وفقا للمبادئ اﻷساسية لنظامها القانوني الداخلي .

٦ - وهكذا فاننا نقترح ادراج عبارة " مع مراعاة المبادىء اﻷساسية لنظامها القانوني الداخلي " بين الفقرتين الفرعيتين ١ )أ( و )ب( من المادة ٣ .
