2. Any regional economic integration organization that becomes a Party to this Convention without any of its member States being a Party shall be bound by all the obligations under the Convention.
2 - تكون أي منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصبح طرفاً في هذه الاتفاقية، بدون أن يكون أي من الدول الأعضاء فيها طرفاً فيها، ملزمة بجميع الالتزامات الناشئة عن الاتفاقية.

It provided that where such an organization became a party to the Convention without any of its member States being a party, the organization should be bound by all the obligations under the Convention.
وهي تنص على أن تلك المنظمة حين تصبح طرفا في الاتفاقية دون أن يكون أي من دولها اﻷعضاء طرفا فيها، تتقيد المنظمة بكل الالتزامات الواردة في الاتفاقية.
