98. The Conference commended the role played by the Committee for the Coordination of Joint Islamic Action as to the coordination of the various activities of Islamic public and peoples' organizations and institutions.
98 - وأشاد المؤتمر بالدور الذي تنهض به لجنة تنسيق العمل الإسلامي المشترك فيما يتعلق بتنسيق الأنشطة المتنوعة للمنظمات والمؤسسات الإسلامية الرسمية والشعبية.

In his address, Dr. Belkeziz focused on the importance of Joint Islamic Action and efforts to bridge the technological gap between most OIC Member States and developed countries, explaining that science and technology are the linchpin of progress and the future of the economy based on knowledge.
وركز الدكتور بلقزيز في كلمته على أهمية العمل الإسلامي المشترك وسد الهوة التكنولوجية بين معظم الدول الأعضاء ودول العالم المتقدمة موضحاً أن العلم والتكنولوجيا هما أساس التقدم ودعامة اقتصاد المستقبل الذي يقوم على المعرفة.

131. The Conference stressed the importance of integrating the strategy of Joint Islamic Action in the domain of Daawa within the national policies adopted by the Member States in the educational, teaching and media fields, and the other fields of Islamic Daawa, to be used as a reference in the joint Islamic action.
أكد المؤتمر على أهمية إدراج استراتيجية العمل الإسلامي المشترك في مجال الدعوة ضمن السياسيات الوطنية التي تتبعها الدول الأعضاء في شتى المجالات التعليمية، والتربوية، والإعلامية، ومجالات الدعوة الإسلامية وغيرها، كمنهاج تسترشد به بشأن العمل الإسلامي المشترك.

2. Calls for the convening of the experts meeting to review and assess the progress of the Committee for the Coordination of Joint Islamic Action through practical proposals to overcome the obstacles faced by the Committee and develop working, implementation, and follow-up mechanisms.
2- يحث على عقد اجتماع الخبراء لمراجعة وتقويم مسيرة لجنة العمل الإسلامي المشترك بتقديم مقترحات عملية لتذليل العقبات التي تواجهها وتطوير آليات العمل والمتابعة والتنفيذ.

Referring to the provision of the Charter of the Organization of the Islamic Conference; Recalling also the Resolution adopted by the Islamic Summit Conferences on the reactivation of Islamic Dawa (Call) and invigoration of the Committee for Coordination of Joint Islamic Action, entrusting the Secretary General of the Organization to work for holding more symposia on the Islamic Culture and call;
وإذ يستذكر القرارات الصادرة عن مؤتمرات القمة الإسلامية بشأن تنشيط الدعوة الإسلامية وتفعيل لجنة تنسيق العمل الإسلامي المشترك والتي تنص على تكليف الأمين العام للمنظمة بالعمل على عقد المزيد من الندوات حول الثقافة والدعوة الإسلامية.

وإذ يستذكر القرارات الصادرة عن مؤتمرات القمة الإسلامية بشأن تنشيط الدعوة الإسلامية وتفعيل لجنة تنسيق العمل الإسلامي المشترك والتي تنص على تكليف الأمين العام للمنظمة بالعمل على عقد المزيد من الندوات حول الثقافة والدعوة الإسلامية،

130. The Conference adopted the recommendations of the 14th Session of the OIC Committee for the Coordination of Joint Islamic Action (CCJIA) in the Field of Dawa, which was held in Tripoli, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, from 4 to 6 June 2005.
130- أقر المؤتمر التوصيات التي أصدرتها الدورة الرابعة عشرة للجنة تنسيق العمل الإسلامي المشترك في مجال الدعوة في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي التي انعقدت في طرابلس بالجماهيرية العربية الليبية في الفترة من 4 إلى 6 حزيران/يونيه 2005م.

3. Expresses its thanks to the governments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Islamic Republic of Iran, the World Islamic Call Society in Tripoli, and Al-Azhar Al-Sharif for hosting the meetings of the Committee for the Coordinatio9n of Joint Islamic Action in the Field of Dawa.
3 - يعرب عن شكره لكل من حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية والحكومة الإندونيسية والحكومة الماليزية والجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية وجمعية الدعوة الإسلامية العالمية بطرابلس والأزهر الشريف على استضافة اجتماعات لجنة تنسيق العمل الإسلامي المشترك في مجال الدعوة.

100. The Conference stressed the importance of incorporating the Islamic Joint Action Strategy in the Field of Dawa, within the national policies followed by the Member States in the field of education, instruction, information, Islamic Dawa, etc. as a guidance to inspire them in the area of Joint Islamic Action.
100 - وأكد المؤتمر على أهمية إدراج استراتيجية العمل الإسلامي المشترك في مجال الدعوة، ضمن السياسات الوطنية التي تنتهجها الدول الأعضاء في مجالات التعليم، والتربية، والإعلام، والدعوة الإسلامية وغيرها كمنهاج تسترشد به بشأن العمل الإسلامي المشترك.

65. The Conference took note of, and decided to endorse the resolutions of the 7th Session of the Islamic Conference of Information Ministers (ICIM); and the 8th Session of the OIC Standing Committee for Information and Cultural Affairs (COMIAC) and called on the Member States to implement them in keeping with the new vision and methodology of Joint Islamic Action.
65 - وأحاط المؤتمر علما بقرارات الدورة السابعة للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الإعلام وقرر المصادقة عليها، والدورة الثامنة للجنة الدائمة للإعلام والشؤون الثقافية (كومياك)، ودعا الدول الأعضاء إلى تنفيذ تلك القرارات، وفقا للرؤية الجديدة وتمشيا مع منهج العمل الإسلامي المشترك.

18. INVITES the Non-Governmental Experts Group of the committee on the Coordination of Joint Islamic Action entrusted with devising a Plan of Action to Safeguard the rights of Muslim Communities and Minorities in non-OIC Member States, composed of eminent Muslim personalities to meet and finalize the putting in place of a comprehensive plan to safeguard the identities of Muslim Communities and Minorities in non-Member States.
18 - يدعو لجنة الخبراء غير الحكومية المنبثقة عن لجنة تنسيق العمل الإسلامي المشترك والمكلفة بوضع خطة عمل للحفاظ على حقوق الجماعات والأقليات المسلمة في الدول غير الأعضاء ، والمؤلفة من شخصيات إسلامية بارزة للاجتماع للانتهاء من وضع خطة متكاملة للحفاظ على حقوق الجماعات والأقليات المسلمة في الدول غير الأعضاء.

14. Invites the Non-Governmental Experts Group of the Committee on the Coordination of Joint Islamic Action entrusted with devising a Plan of Action to Safeguard the rights of Muslim Communities and minorities in non-OIC Member States, composed of eminent Muslim figures to meet and finalize the setting up of a comprehensive plan to safeguard the identities of Muslim Communities and minorities in non-Member States.
