Bearing in mind the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants contained in its resolution 1999/44 of 27 April 1999,
وإذ تضع في الاعتبار ولاية المقررة الخاصة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين الواردة في قرارها 1999/44 المؤرخ 27 نيسان/أبريل 1999،

4. Calls upon States to implement fully the commitments and recommendations related to the promotion and protection of the human rights of migrants contained in the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action;
4- تطلب إلى الدول أن تنفذ تنفيذاً كاملاً الالتزامات والتوصيات المتصلة بتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين الواردة في إعلان وبرنامج عمل المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب؛

5. Calls upon States to implement fully the commitments and recommendations relating to the promotion and protection of the human rights of migrants contained in the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action through, inter alia, the adoption of national plans of action as recommended by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance;
5- تهيب بالدول أن تنفذ تنفيذاً كاملاً الالتزامات والتوصيات المتصلة بتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين الواردة في إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، لا سيما عن طريق اعتماد خطط عمل وطنية وفقاُ لما أوصى به المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب؛

5. (l) In operative paragraph 7, the words " Calls upon States to implement fully the commitments and recommendations relating to the promotion and protection of the human rights of migrants contained in the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action " were replaced by the words " Calls upon States to promote and protect fully the human rights of migrants, as set out in the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action " ;
