10. It follows from the above that the search for an equitable and durable solution to the problem of foreign debt of developing countries so that they may fully enjoy all human rights constitutes an essential feature of multilateral economic cooperation.
٠١- وبناء على ما تقدم فإن السعي الى إيجاد حل منصف ودائم لمشكلة الديون الخارجية في البلدان النامية، حتى يمكنها التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق اﻹنسان، يشكل سمة أساسية للتعاون الاقتصادي المتعدد اﻷطراف.

33. An essential feature of multilateral economic cooperation is an equitable and durable solution to the debt crisis so that developing countries may fully enjoy all human rights.
٣٣- وأحد الملامح اﻷساسية للتعاون الاقتصادي المتعدد اﻷطراف هو توفير حل منصف ودائم ﻷزمة الديون حتى يتسنى للبلدان النامية أن تتمتع كليا بحقوق اﻹنسان.
