1. States Parties shall cooperate with one another for the purpose of expediting the process of execution of judicial decisions, as appropriate, establishing criminal and civil liability in cases of offences covered by this Convention, in accordance with their domestic law.

٢- يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تضع قواعد اجرائية لاتاحة سبل الحصول على التعويضات المناسبة لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية .

1. States Parties shall cooperate with one another for the purpose of expediting the process of [recognition or] execution of judicial sentences, as appropriate, establishing criminal and civil liability in cases of offences covered by this Convention, in accordance with their domestic law, with a view to facilitating the recovery of illicitly acquired assets.
1- تتعاون الدول الأطراف مع بعضها البعض على تعجيل عملية [إقرار أو] تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية، حسب الاقتضاء، التي تقرر المسؤولية الجنائية والمدنية في قضايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي، بغية تسهيل استرداد الموجودات المكتسبة بصورة غير مشروعة.()

One delegation noted the need to ensure the confidentiality of any information exchanged on the basis of this subparagraph.

However, article 25 (1) of the Organized Crime Convention states that " Each State Party shall take appropriate measures within its means to provide assistance and protection to victims of offences covered by this Convention, in particular in cases of threat of retaliation or intimidation " .
ولكنّ المادة 25 (1) من اتفاقية الجريمة المنظمة تقضي بأن " تتخذ كل دولة طرف تدابير ملائمة في حدود إمكانياتها لتوفير المساعدة والحماية لضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية، خصوصا في حالات تعرضهم للتهديد بالانتقام أو للترهيب " .
