Mongolia has recently become a party to the 1970 Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property.

In accordance with Recommendation 2.2, the secretariat prepared an analysis of the UNIDROIT draft Convention on the International Return of Stolen or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects and the UNESCO Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property, showing the similarities and differences between them.

4. Invites Member States to consider adopting and implementing the Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property;
4 - تدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى النظر في اعتماد وتنفيذ الاتفاقية المتعلقة بوسائل تحريم ومنع استيراد الممتلكات الثقافية وتصديرها ونقل ملكيتها بطرق غير مشروعة(2)؛

In this regard, Turkey has, among other things, ratified the 1954 Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict, the 1970 UNESCO Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property, and the 1972 Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
وفــي هــذا الصــدد، قامت تركيـا، ضمن جملة أمور، بالتصديــق علــى اتفاقيــة لاهــاي لعـام ١٩٥٤ لحماية الممتلكات الثقافية في حالة وقوع نزاع مسلح، واتفاقية اليونسكو لعــام ١٩٧٠ المتعلقــة بوسائـل تحريم ومنع استيراد الممتلكات الثقافية وتصديرها ونقل ملكيتها بالطــرق غير المشروعــة، واتفاقيـة عام ١٩٧٢ لحماية التراث الثقافي والطبيعي العالمي.

In 2004, in a clear expression of our respect for international principles and provisions relating to the return or restitution of cultural property, Ethiopia signed the UNESCO Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property.
وفي عام 2004، وفي تعبير واضح عن احترامنا للمبادئ والأحكام الدولية المتصلة بإعادة أو إرجاع الممتلكات الثقافية، وقّعت إثيوبيا على اتفاقية اليونسكو بوسائل حظر ومنع استيراد الممتلكات الثقافية وتصديرها ونقل ملكيتها بشكل غير مشروع.
