5. Any amendment to article 5 of this Statute shall enter into force for those States Parties which have accepted the amendment one year after the deposit of their instruments of ratification or acceptance.

An amendment adopted in accordance with the above paragraph _ shall enter into force for those Parties having ratified or accepted it on the ninetieth day after the date of receipt by the Depositary of an instrument of ratification or acceptance by at least three fourths of the Parties.

4. Amendments shall enter into force for all States Parties one year after instruments of ratification or acceptance have been deposited with the Secretary-General by two thirds of the States Parties.
4 - وتدخل التعديلات حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لجميع الدول الأطراف بعد عام واحد من إيداع ثلثي الدول الأعضاء صكوك التصديق أو القبول لدى الأمين العام.

6. For each State Party ratifying or accepting an amendment after the deposit of the required number of instruments of ratification or acceptance, the amendment shall enter into force on the sixtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification or acceptance.
6 - بالنسبة لكل دولة طرف تصدق على التعديل أو تقبل به بعد إيداع العدد المشترط من صكوك التصديق أو القبول، يبدأ نفاذ التعديل في اليوم الستين التالي لإيداع صك التصديق أو القبول الخاص بها.

5. An amendment shall enter into force for States Parties which have ratified or accepted the amendment sixty days after two thirds of the States which were Parties at the date of adoption of the amendment have deposited instruments of ratification or acceptance with the Secretary-General.
5 - يبدأ نفاذ التعديل بالنسبة إلى الدول الأطراف التي تكون قد صدقت على التعديل أو قبلت به، بعد ستين يوما من قيام ثلثي الدول التي كانت أطرافا في تاريخ اعتماد التعديل بإيداع صكوك التصديق أو القبول لدى الأمين العام.

3. Amendments shall enter into force for all States Parties 20 days after deposit of the instruments of ratification or acceptance by all the States Parties referred to under subparagraph b below:
