1. Notes with satisfaction the participation of a growing number of representatives of nongovernmental organizations financed by the United Nations Voluntary Trust Fund on Contemporary Forms of Slavery and their valuable contribution to the work of the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery at its twentyfifth session;
1- تحيط علماً مع الارتياح باشتراك عدد متزايد من ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية المموّل من صندوق الأمم المتحدة الاستئماني للتبرعات بشأن أشكال الرق المعاصرة ولمساهمتهم القيّمة في أعمال الفريق العامل المعني بأشكال الرق المعاصرة في دورته الخامسة والعشرين؛

12. Requests the SecretaryGeneral and the High Commissioner to provide all the necessary assistance for strengthening the capacity of the Office of the High Commissioner to deal with minority issues, and to seek voluntary contributions towards participation of representatives of nongovernmental organizations and persons belonging to minorities in the work of the Working Group;
12- تطلب إلى الأمين العام والمفوض السامي تقديم جميع المساعدات اللازمة لتعزيز قدرة مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان على معالجة قضايا الأقليات، والتماس التبرعات من أجل مشاركة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية والأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات في أعمال الفريق العامل؛

16. Calls upon States to facilitate the effective participation of representatives of nongovernmental organizations and persons belonging to minorities in the work of the Working Group, and invites the High Commissioner to seek voluntary contributions in this regard;
16- تطلب إلى الدول أن تيسر لممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية وللأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات المشاركة على نحو فعال في أعمال الفريق العامل المعني بالأقليات، وتدعو المفوضة السامية إلى التماس تبرعات في هذا الصدد؛

13. Also calls upon States to facilitate the effective participation of representatives of nongovernmental organizations and persons belonging to minorities in the work of the Working Group, and invites the High Commissioner to seek voluntary contributions in this regard;
13- تطلب أيضاً إلى الدول أن تيسر لممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية وللأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات المشاركة على نحو فعال في أعمال الفريق العامل المعني بالأقليات، وتدعو المفوضة السامية إلى التماس تبرعات في هذا الصدد؛

13. Requests the High Commissioner to strengthen the technical cooperation programme of her office regarding minorities and to seek voluntary contributions towards participation of representatives of nongovernmental organizations and persons belonging to minorities in the work of the Working Group;
13- تطلب إلى المفوضة السامية تعزيز برنامج المفوضية السامية للتعاون التقني بشأن الأقليات، والتماس التبرعات من أجل مشاركة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية والأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات في أعمال الفريق العامل؛

(h) Decides that the President of the General Assembly will consult with representatives of non-governmental organizations in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council, civil society organizations and the private sector, and with Member States, as appropriate, on the list of representatives of nongovernmental organizations, civil society organizations and the private sector that may participate in the meeting;
(ح) تقرر أن يقوم رئيس الجمعية العامة بالتشاور مع ممثلي كل من المنظمات غير الحكومية التي لها مركز استشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، والقطاع الخاص، وكذلك مع الدول الأعضاء، حسب الاقتضاء، بشأن قائمة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص الذين يجوز لهم أن يشاركوا في الاجتماع؛

10. Decides that the President of the General Assembly will consult with representatives of non-governmental organizations in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council, civil society organizations and the private sector, and with Member States, as appropriate, on the list of representatives of nongovernmental organizations, civil society organizations and the private sector that may participate in the round tables of the meeting;
10 - تقرر أن يتشاور رئيس الجمعية العامة مع ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية التي لها مركز استشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص ومع الدول الأعضاء، حسب الاقتضاء، بشأن قائمة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص الذين يجوز لهم أن يشاركوا في اجتماعات المائدة المستديرة للاجتماع؛

(c) Decides that the President of the General Assembly will consult with representatives of non-governmental organizations in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council, civil society organizations and the private sector, and with Member States, as appropriate, on the list of representatives of nongovernmental organizations, civil society organizations and the private sector that may participate in the meeting;
(ج) تقرر أن يتشاور رئيس الجمعية العامة مع ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية التي لها مركز استشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص، ومع الدول الأعضاء، حسب الاقتضاء، بشأن قائمة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص الذين يمكنهم المشاركة في هذا الاجتماع؛

(ح) تقرر أن يتشاور رئيس الجمعية العامة مع ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية التي لها مركز استشاري لدى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ومع منظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص ومع الدول الأعضاء، حسب الاقتضاء، بشأن قائمة ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص الذين يجوز لهم أن يشاركوا في الاجتماع؛

15. Also calls upon States to facilitate the effective participation of representatives of nongovernmental organizations and persons belonging to minorities in the work of the Working Group on Minorities, and invites the High Commissioner for Human Rights to seek voluntary contributions in this regard;
15- تطلب أيضاً إلى الدول أن تيسر لممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية وللأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات المشاركة على نحو فعال في أعمال الفريق العامل المعني بالأقليات، وتدعو المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان إلى التماس تبرعات في هذا الصدد؛

16. Invites the High Commissioner to seek voluntary contributions to facilitate the effective participation, including through training seminars, in the work of the Working Group on Minorities of representatives of nongovernmental organizations and persons belonging to minorities, in particular those from developing countries;
16 - تدعو المفوض السامي إلى التماس التبرعات من أجل تيسير المشاركة الفعالة، بما في ذلك من خلال تنظيم الحلقات الدراسية التدريبية لممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية والأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات، ولا سيما من البلدان النامية، في أعمال الفريق العامل المعني بالأقليات؛
