The Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions has considered the note by the Secretary-General on the review of resource requirements for the high-level international intergovernmental event on financing for development and the Third United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (A/C.5/54/50), as requested by the General Assembly in paragraph 104 of section IV of its resolution 54/249 of 23 December 1999.

In section VII, paragraph 9, of its resolution 68/247 B, the General Assembly reaffirmed the scope of the capital master plan project (in accordance with paragraph 10 of its resolution 61/251) and in paragraph 10 the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to take fully into account the provisions of paragraph 6 of section IV of its resolution 68/247 A in the context of the twelfth annual progress report.
