Article 19 of the Act states that secondary, specialized secondary and tertiary education for disabled persons shall be provided by educational establishments of the normal type, or by special educational facilities if necessary.
369- تنص المادة 19 من القانون على أن تقدم التعليم الثانوي والتعليم الثانوي المتخصص والتعليم الجامعي للأشخاص المعوقين المؤسسات التعليمية الاعتيادية، أو مرافق تعليمية خاصة إذا اقتضى الأمر.

Article 6, paragraph 2, of the Act states that " students shall be entitled to remain in basic education courses in ordinary establishments until the age of 18 " .
وتنص الفقرة 2 من المادة 6 من القانون على ما يلي: " يحق للطلاب متابعة دورات التعليم الأساسي في المؤسسات العادية حتى سن 18 عاماً " .

578. Article 134 of the Act states that proceedings concerning the unconstitutionality of laws, regulations or measures of a general nature may be legitimately instituted by :
٨٧٥- وتنص المادة ٤٣١ من القانون على أن الدعاوى المتعلقة بعدم دستورية القوانين أو القواعد أو اﻹجراءات ذات الطابع العام، يجوز أن ترفع بواسطة أي مما يلي:

579. Article 142 of the Act states that there is no right of appeal against the decisions of the Court of Constitutionality or of other decisions taken in accordance with the provisions of article 138.
٩٧٥- وتنص المادة ٢٤١ من القانون على أنه لا يحق الطعن في قرارات المحكمة الدستورية أو في أي قرارات أخرى اتخذت وفقاً ﻷحكام المادة ٨٣١.

Moreover, s.5 of the Act states that any person who is a citizen of Tuvalu can be registered as an elector on reaching the age of 18 years and be registered on the electoral register of his or her home island.

وتنص المادة 6 من هذا القانون على أنه " يجوز لأزواج مواطني غينيا الاستوائية ممارسة هذا الخيار بعد عشر سنوات من الزواج والمعاشرة في جمهورية غينيا الاستوائية " .

Section 12 of the Act states that " An employer shall not discriminate against an employee with regard to wages and working conditions " .
