وفي الوقت ذاته، ذكرت اللجنة أنه إذا كانت حكومة نيجيريا تواجه صعوبات في إعداد تقريرها الدوري الثاني فبإمكانها الاستعانة بالخدمات الاستشارية والمساعدة التقنية التي تقدمها مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان فيما يخص إعداد تقارير الدول الأطراف اللازم تقديمها بموجب العهد.
