١ - تدعو جميع اﻷطراف إلى بذل قصارى جهودها لتحقيق التنفيذ الكامل والفعال لاتفاق أروشا للسلم وأهداف المصالحة الوطنية، مما يهيئ اﻷحوال المؤدية إلى اﻹنعاش الاجتماعي - الاقتصادي للبلد؛

3. Stresses that continued support for UNAMIR will depend upon the full and prompt implementation by the parties of the Arusha Peace Agreement;
٣ - يؤكد أن استمرار الدعم الى بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة الى رواندا يتوقف على تنفيذ اﻷطراف لاتفاق أروشا للسلم على الوجه التام والفوري؛

However, that peace was still fragile as it depended on the Government's implementation not only of that agreement but of the Arusha Peace Agreement as well.
