9- وتخلص لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، عملاً بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، إلى أن إبعاد صاحبي الشكوى إلى أذربيجان، لا يشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

8. The Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, concludes that the deportation of the complainants to Algeria would not constitute a breach of article 3 of the Convention.
8- وتخلص لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، عملاً بالفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، إلى أن طرد أصحاب البلاغ إلى الجزائر لن يشكل خرقاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

The Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, concludes that the deportation of the complainants to the Democratic Republic of the Congo would amount to a breach of article 3 of the Convention.
10- وتخلص لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، عملاً بالفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، إلى أن ترحيل صاحبتي الشكوى إلى جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية سيشكل خرفاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.
