2. Resolution 2005/20 of 14 April 2005 requested the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to " consult States and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations on the particularities and scope of the mandate of an independent expert on the promotion of the enjoyment of the cultural rights of everyone and respect for different cultural identities " .
2- وطلب القرار 2005/20 الصادر في 14 نيسان/أبريل 2005 من مكتب المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان " أن تتشاور مع الدول والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية بشأن تحديد خصائص ونطاق ولاية خبير مستقل يُعنى بتمتع الجميع بحقوقهم الثقافية واحترام الهويات الثقافية المختلفة " .
