The adoption of the Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel, by the sixty-third World Health Assembly in 2010, was welcomed.

The Council had before it a note by the Secretariat on the approval of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism (E/2001/61).

3. Invites Governments and other stakeholders in the tourism sector to consider introducing, as appropriate, the contents of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism in relevant laws, regulations and professional practices, and, in this regard, recognizes with appreciation the efforts made and measures already undertaken by some States;
3 - تدعو الحكومات وغيرها من أصحاب المصلحة في قطاع السياحة إلى النظر في إدراج محتويات المدونة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة، حسب الاقتضاء، في القوانين والأنظمة والممارسات المهنية ذات الصلة، وتنوه في هذا الشأن بما بذلته بالفعل بعض الدول من جهود وما اتخذته من تدابير؛

3. Notes the approval by the World Committee on Tourism Ethics of the Procedures for Consultation and Conciliation for the Settlement of Disputes concerning the Application of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism;
3 - تلاحظ موافقة اللجنة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة على إجراءات التشاور والتوفيق لتسوية المنازعات بشأن تطبيق المدونة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة؛

In October of the same year, after examining a revised draft proposed by its Chairman, the Committee approved unanimously the Procedures for Consultation and Conciliation for the Settlement of Disputes concerning the Application of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism.
وفي تشرين الأول/أكتوبر من العام نفسه، وافقت اللجنة بالإجماع، بعد دراسة مشروع منقح اقترحه رئيسها، على إجراءات التشاور والتوفيق لتسوية المنازعات بشأن تطبيق المدونة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة.

The survey results indicate that nearly three quarters of respondents had already incorporated the principles of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism into their legislative texts, or had used them as a basis when establishing national laws, regulations or tourism development plans.
وتشير نتائج هذه الدراسة الاستقصائية إلى أن قرابة ثلاثة أرباع المجيبين عليها إما أنهم أدرجوا بالفعل مبادئ المدونة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة في نصوصهم التشريعية أو استخدموها كقاعدة يستندون إليها عندما يضعون قوانينهم أو أنظمتهم أو خطط التنمية السياحية لديهم على الصعيد الوطني.

40. The Secretary-General of the WTO expresses his satisfaction to the members of the organization for their acceptance of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism and for the measures they have taken so far to implement the provisions it contains.
40 - أعرب الأمين العام للمنظمة العالمية للسياحة لأعضائها عن ارتياحه لقبولهم المدونة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة وللتدابير التي اتخذوها حتى الآن لتنفيذ الأحكام التي تحتوي عليها المدونة.

In several countries, UNWTO is actively involved in developing and implementing tourism components of the MDG-F projects, a number of which fall in line with the general principles of the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism.
وتشارك المنظمة على نحو نشط في العديد من البلدان في تطوير وتنفيذ العناصر المتعلقة بالسياحة في مشاريع الصندوق والتي يتفق عدد منها مع المبادئ العامة للمدونة العالمية لأخلاقيات السياحة.
