(c) Recognized the necessity to update the Guidelines for the Functioning of the Investment and Technology Promotion Offices in view of significant programmatic and administrative changes in UNIDO since 1995, in particular those related to the transfer of industrial technologies as one of the most important components of industrial growth of developing countries and countries with economies in transition;
(ج) اعترف بضرورة تحديث المبادئ التوجيهية لسير أعمال مكاتب ترويج الاستثمار والتكنولوجيا في ضوء التغييرات البرنامجية والإدارية الهامة التي شهدتها اليونيدو منذ عام 1995، وخصوصا فيما يتعلق بنقل التكنولوجيات الصناعية الذي يعد من أهم عناصر النمو الصناعي في البلدان النامية والبلدان ذات الاقتصادات الانتقالية؛

The guidelines for the functioning of the Investment and Technology Promotion Offices (then called Investment Promotion Services) were approved by the General Conference of UNIDO at its third session (resolution GC.3/Res.19 of 24 November 1989) and amended at its sixth session (decision GC.6/Dec.12 of 8 December 1995).
1- وافق المؤتمر العام لليونيدو، في دورته الثالثة (القرار م ع-3/ق-19 المؤرخ 24 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1989)، على المبادئ التوجيهية لسير أعمال مكاتب ترويج الاستثمار والتكنولوجيا (وكانت تسمى وقتذاك دوائر ترويج الاستثمار)، ثم عدّلت في الدورة السادسة للمؤتمر (المقرر م ع-6/م-12 المؤرخ 8 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1995).
