11. Thanks the General Secretariat of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation for its efforts towards the successful implementation of all the ISSF plans and programmes as well as its untiring cooperation with all member National Olympic Committees.

3. Welcoming again the decision of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to host the First Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports in collaboration with the Sports Federation of the Islamic Solidarity Games.
3 - يرحب مجددا بقرار حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية استضافة المؤتمر الإسلامي الأول لوزراء الشباب والرياضة وذلك بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي.

8. Expresses its gratitude to the efforts of the Islamic Solidarity Fund for its interventions in some Islamic countries afflicted by natural disasters and calls on the Member States to support it and extend assistance to it in fulfilling its mission.
8 - يعرب عن امتنانه لجهود صندوق التضامن الإسلامي على مساعداته لبعض الدول الإسلامية المصابة بكوارث طبيعية ، ويدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى مساندته وتقديم مساعدات له للاستمرار في القيام بعمله.

141. The Conference took note of the steps taken by the Secretary General to convene the first meeting of the Committee of Experts to study the strengthening and promotion of the role of the Islamic Solidarity Fund.
141 - أخذ المؤتمر علماً بالخطوات التي اتخذها الأمين العام تجاه انعقاد أولى اجتماعات لجنة خبراء إعداد دراسة لتعزيز دور صندوق التضامن الإسلامي وتطويره.

5. Requests the Member States to consider the possibility of allocating a plot of land at a strategic location in one of their major economic city centres in favour of the Islamic Solidarity Fund (ISF) so as to enable it to carry out Waqf projects in order to boost its budget.
5 - يطلب من الدول الأعضاء إمكانية النظر في تخصيص قطعة أرض في موقع استراتيجي في مدنها الإقتصادية الهامة لصالح صندوق التضامن الإسلامي حتى يتسنى له إنشاء مشاريع أوقاف عليها لتكون داعما لميزانيته.

6. Requests also the Member States to consider the possibility of allocating a percentage of institutional company shares for subscription in the name of the Islamic Solidarity Fund (ISF) provided this is considered a gift from the Member State in support of the ISF.
6 - كما يطلب من الدول الأعضاء إمكانية النظر في تخصيص نسبة من أسهم التأسيس في بعض شركاتها للإكتتاب بأسم صندوق التضامن الإسلامي على أن يعتبر ذلك منحة من الدولة دعما للصندوق.

17. Expresses thanks to the Secretary-General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference and to the Permanent Council of the Islamic Solidarity Fund for the important financial assistance which has been given to the University to get rid of its arrears.
17 - يعرب عن شكره للأمين العام لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي وللمجلس الدائم لصندوق التضامن الإسلامي على المساعدة المالية الهامة التي تم تقديمها للجامعة من أجل التخلص من متأخرات الديون المستحقة عليها.

126. The Conference hailed the activities carried out by the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSF) in 2005, most important of which was the Islamic Conference of Youth and Sports Ministers (ICYSM) and the First Edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games.
126- بارك النشاطات التي نفذها الاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي عام 2005م، وأهمها المؤتمر الإسلامي الأول لوزراء الشباب والرياضة ودورة ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي الأولى.

It also requested the Permanent Council of the Islamic Solidarity Fund (ISF), at its next session, to consider extending financial assistance to projects submitted under the Islamic Programme for Development of Information and Communication (PIDIC).
كما طالب المؤتمر المجلس الدائم لصندوق التضامن الإسلامي خلال دورته المقبلة النظر في تقديم مساعدة مالية لدعم المشاريع المقدمة في إطار برنامج (PIDIC).

118. The Conference called on the Permanent Council of the Islamic Solidarity Fund (ISF) to continue to lend assistance to cultural, Islamic and educational projects in the Islamic world, while paying attention to projects established by Islamic summit and foreign ministerial conferences.
118- كما دعا المجلس الدائم لصندوق التضامن الإسلامي إلى مواصلة تقديم المساعدات إلى المشروعات الثقافية والإسلامية والتعليمية في العالم الإسلامي، وذلك مع إيلاء العناية بالمشروعات التي تقرر إنشاؤها خلال المؤتمرات الإسلامية للقمة ولوزراء الخارجية.

127. The Conference commended the brilliant results achieved by the First Tournament of the Islamic Solidarity Games graciously hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and expressed its appreciation to the Islamic Republic of Iran for its plans to host the Second Tournament of the Islamic Solidarity Games.
127- أشاد بالنتائج الباهرة التي حققتها الدورة الأولى لألعاب التضامن الإسلامي التي استضافتها مشكورة المملكة العربية السعودية، وأعرب عن شكره للجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية على عزمها استضافة الدورة الثانية لألعاب التضامن الإسلامي عام 2009.

10. Expresses its thanks to the General Secretariat of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation for its preparedness to execute all the various activities of the Federation, chiefly the 1st Islamic Solidarity Games and the 1st Islamic Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports, as well as various meetings, training sessions and sports championships.
10 - يعرب عن شكره للأمانة العامة للاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي عن الإعداد لتنفيذ جميع أنشطة الاتحاد المختلفة والتي على رأسها ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي الأولى والدورة الأولى للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الشباب والرياضة والاجتماعات المختلفة وكذلك الدورات التدريبية والبطولات الرياضية.

150. The Conference called on all Member States to give special attention to the First Edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games which will be held in the following Saudi cities of (Makkah, Medina, Jeddah and Taef) in 2005 and to participate in the largest possible number of games.
150 - ناشد الدول الأعضاء كافة إيلاء الدورة الأولى لألعاب التضامن الإسلامي التي ستقام في مدن المملكة العربية السعودية التالية (مكة المكرمة - المدينة المنورة - جدة - الطائف) سنة 2005م، كل عناية واهتمام ممكنين وإلى المشاركة فيها بأكبر عدد ممكن من الألعاب.

1. Welcomes the re-election of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz as the Chairman of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation, and wishes His Highness and all Members of the Executive Committee of the Federation success in the tasks assigned to them.

Conveys sincere thanks and appreciation to HRH Prince Sultan Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz, Chairman of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation for his major interest and continuous support for the causes of sports people in the Islamic Ummah, which has given the Federation high position within the international sports system.
