(د) ممارسة أنشطة أخرى إذا كانت تلك الأنشطة لا تنتقص من هيبة المنصب القضائي أو تتدخّل بشكل آخر في أداء واجباته القضائية.

4.9. A judge shall not use or lend the prestige of the judicial office to advance the private interests of the judge, a member of the judge's family or of anyone else, nor shall a judge convey or permit others to convey the impression that anyone is in a special position improperly to influence the judge in the performance of judicial duties. 4.10.
4-9- لا يستعمل القاضي أو يستغل مكانة المنصب القضائي لتعزيز مصالحه الشخصية أو مصالح أحد أفراد عائلته أو أي شخص آخر، ولا يعطي القاضي أو يسمح لآخرين بأن يعطوا الانطباع بأن أي شخص في مكانة خاصة من شأنه أن يؤثر في القاضي تأثيرا غير ملائم في أداء واجباته القضائية.
