For the purpose of paragraph 4 of this article, the Conference of the States Parties shall acquire the necessary knowledge of the measures taken by States parties in implementing this Convention and the difficulties encountered by them in doing so through information provided by them and through such supplemental review mechanisms as may be established by the Conference of the States Parties.

6. For the purpose of paragraphs 4 (c) and (e) of this article, the Conference of the Parties shall acquire the necessary knowledge of the measures taken by States parties in implementing this Convention and the difficulties encountered by them in doing so through information provided by them and through such supplemental review mechanisms as may be established by the Conference of the Parties.
6- لأغراض الفقرتين الفرعيتين 4 (ج) و(ﻫ) من هذه المادة، يحصل مؤتمر الأطراف على المعرفة اللازمة بالتدابير التي تتخذها الدول الأطراف تنفيذا لهذه الاتفاقية، والصعوبات التي تواجهها أثناء القيام بذلك، من خلال معلومات تقدمها الدول الأطراف، ومن خلال ما قد ينشئه مؤتمر الأطراف من آليات استعراض تكميلية.()

2. The Conference of the Parties shall acquire, through the subsidiary body, the necessary knowledge of the measures taken by States parties in implementing this Convention and the difficulties encountered by them in doing so through information provided by States Parties or by other entities, including public international organizations and civil society.
2- يحصل مؤتمر الأطراف، من خلال الهيئة الفرعية، على المعرفة اللازمة بالتدابير التي تتخذها الدول الأطراف تنفيذا لهذه الاتفاقية، والصعوبات التي تواجهها أثناء القيام بذلك، من خلال معلومات تقدمها الدول الأطراف أو هيئات أخرى، بما فيها المنظمات الدولية العمومية والمجتمع المدني.()

4. For the purpose of paragraphs 3 (d) and (e) of this article, the Conference of the Parties shall acquire the necessary knowledge of the measures taken by States parties in implementing this Convention and the difficulties encountered by them in doing so through information provided by them and through such supplemental review mechanisms as may be established by the Conference of the Parties.

4- لأغراض الفقرتين الفرعيتين 3 (د) و(ﻫ) من هذه المادة، يحصل مؤتمر الأطراف على المعرفة اللازمة بالتدابير التي تتخذها الدول الأطراف تنفيذا لهذه الاتفاقية، والصعوبات التي تواجهها أثناء القيام بذلك، من خلال معلومات تقدمها الدول الأطراف، ومن خلال ما قد ينشئه مؤتمر الأطراف من آليات استعراض تكميلية.

4. For the purpose of achieving those specific objectives, the Conference of the Parties is to acquire the necessary knowledge of the measures taken by States parties in implementing the Convention and the difficulties encountered by them in doing so through information provided by them (art. 32, para. 4).
4- وبغية تحقيق تلك الأهداف المحددة، ينبغي أن يحصل مؤتمر الأطراف على المعرفة اللازمة بالتدابير التي تتخذها الدول الأطراف لتنفيذ الاتفاقية والصعوبات التي تواجهها أثناء القيام بذلك من خلال المعلومات التي تقدّمها (الفقرة 4 من المادة 32).

For that purpose, pursuant to article 32, paragraph 4, of the Convention, the Conference of the Parties must acquire the necessary knowledge of the measures taken by States parties in implementing the Convention and the difficulties encountered by them in doing so, through information provided by them and through such supplemental review mechanisms as may be established by the Conference of the Parties.

For the purpose of paragraphs 3 (d) and (e) of this article, the Conference of the Parties shall acquire the necessary knowledge of the measures taken by States parties in implementing this Convention and the difficulties encountered by them in doing so through information provided by them and through such supplemental review mechanisms as may be established by the Conference of the Parties.
4- لأغراض الفقرتين الفرعيتين 3 (د) و(هـ) من هذه المادة، يتعين أن يحصل مؤتمر الأطراف على المعرفة اللازمة بالتدابير التي تتخذها الدول الأطراف لتنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية، والصعوبات التي تواجهها أثناء القيام بذلك، من خلال المعلومات المقدمة من الدول الأطراف، ومن خلال ما قد ينشئه مؤتمر الأطراف من آليات استعراض تكميلية.

To perform its functions, the Conference must acquire knowledge of the measures taken by States parties in implementing the Convention and of the difficulties they have encountered in doing so, through information provided by them (art. 63, para. 5).
2- لكي يؤدي المؤتمر وظائفه يجب أن يكتسب المعرفة اللازمة بالتدابير التي اتخذتها الدول الأطراف لتنفيذ الاتفاقية والصعوبات التي واجهتها في سبيل ذلك من خلال ماتوفره من معلومات (المادة 63، الفقرة 5).
