On the basis of the information imparted at the Seminar, the Special Committee believes it will be in a better position to understand and respond to the needs of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories in the Pacific.

The Special Committee recommended that the General Assembly renew its appeal to the administering Powers concerned to take all necessary steps for the implementation of the Declaration and the relevant United Nations resolutions, in accordance with the freely expressed wishes of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories.
وأوصت اللجنة الخاصة بأن تجدد الجمعية العامة نداءها إلى الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة، كي تتخذ تلك الدول كل الخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ اﻹعلان وقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، وفقا للرغبات التي تبديها بحرية شعوب اﻷراضي غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي.
