10- ينظر المجلس التنفيذي، في اجتماعه التالي، في طلب الاستعراض ويقرر إما إجراء استعراض للإصدار المقترح لوحدات التخفيض المعتمد، إذا ما كانت هناك أدلة كافية تدل على غش أو سوء تصرف أو عدم كفاءة من قبل الكيان التشغيلي المعيَّن، أو الموافقة على الإصدار.
