٤٣- نحيط علماً بالتقرير الذي قدمه المجلس العام بشأن العمل المُنجز والتقدم المُحرز في دراسة العلاقة بين التجارة ونقل التكنولوجيا، وبشأن النظر في كل التوصيات الممكنة حول الخطوات التي يمكن اتخاذها، في إطار ولاية منظمة التجارة العالمية، بغية زيادة تدفقات التكنولوجيا إلى البلدان النامية.

The Doha Ministerial Declaration, in the context of the relationship between trade and investment, stated in paragraph 22: " Any framework should reflect in a balanced manner the interests of home and host countries, and take due account of the development policies and objectives of host Governments, as well as their right to regulate in the public interest. "
31- ينص إعلان الدوحة الوزاري، في إطار العلاقة بين التجارة والاستثمار، وتحديداً في الفقرة 22 منه على ما يلي: " ينبغي لأي إطار أن يجسد مصالح بلدان الموطن والبلدان المضيفة بطريقة متوازنة، وأن يراعي على النحو الواجب السياسات والأغراض الإنمائية للحكومات المضيفة، علاوة على حقها في التنظيم من أجل المصلحة العامة " .
