1. For the conduct of the hearing provided for in rule 161, the relevant Chamber shall issue its order sufficiently in advance to enable the transfer of the sentenced person to the seat of the Court, as appropriate.
1 - لعقد أية جلسة استماع منصوص عليها في القاعدة 161، تصدر الدائرة المختصة في المحكمة أمرها مسبقا بوقت كاف لكي يتسنى نقل الشخص المحكوم عليه إلى مقر المحكمة، حسب الاقتضاء؛

(b) If no State is designated in accordance with article 103, paragraph 1, the Presidency shall order the transfer of the sentenced person to a prison facility made available by the host State.
