Recommendation 2. System-wide Plan of Action for African Economic Recovery and Development: The first revision of the System-wide Plan of Action should focus on the impact of the programmes and projects of the United Nations system in relation to the priorities and targets of the New Agenda, with due regard to African development strategies.
التوصية ٢ - خطة العمل على نطاق المنظومة للانتعاش الاقتصادي والتنمية في افريقيا: ينبغي أن يركز أول تنقيح لخطة العمل على نطاق المنظومة على أثر برامج ومشاريع منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بالنسبة ﻷولويات وأهداف البرنامج الجديد، مع وضع الاستراتيجيات الانمائية الافريقية في الاعتبار الواجب.

13. The overall objective of the System-wide Plan of Action is to enhance the coherence of United Nations system-wide activities in the area of employment and decent work towards poverty eradication in the context of the ongoing global financial and economic crises.
