As a party to the Law of the Sea Convention and other international entities relating to the ocean and sea matters, Viet Nam took part in the work of the thirteenth Meeting of States Parties to the Convention, the ninth session of the International Seabed Authority, as well as the fourth meeting of the Informal Consultative Process.
