In view of this, I would like to ask the General Conference of the UNIDO to take a positive decision on restoring Lithuania's right to vote, commencing with the 10th session of the General Conference, based on the provisions of Article 5 of the UNIDO Constitution.
وبناء على ذلك، أود أن أطلب إلى المؤتمر العام لليونيدو أن يتخذ قرارا إيجابيا بشأن إعادة حق ليتوانيا في التصويت، ابتداء من الدورة العاشرة للمؤتمر العام، بالاستناد إلى أحكام المادة 5 من دستور اليونيدو.

Given the aforementioned, I would like to ask the General Conference of UNIDO to take a positive decision on restoring the voting right of Belarus, commencing with the 10th session of the General Conference, based on the provisions of Article 5 of the UNIDO Constitution.

3. Article 5.2 of the UNIDO Constitution stipulates that any organ may permit a Member in arrears to vote in that organ if it is satisfied that the failure to pay is due to conditions beyond the control of the Member.
3- تنصّ المادة 5-2 من دستور اليونيدو على أنه يجوز لأي هيئة أن تسمح لعضو عليه متأخّرات بأن يصوّت في تلك الهيئة إذا اقتنعت بأن عدم الدفع راجع إلى ظروف خارجة عن إرادة ذلك العضو.

(d) Gives satisfaction to the request by Moldova for the restoration of its voting rights in accordance with Article 5.2 of the UNIDO Constitution.
(د) يعرب عن استجابته إلى طلب مولدوفا بشأن استعادة حقوقها في التصويت، وفقاً للمادة 5-2 من دستور اليونيدو.

Article 5.2 of the UNIDO Constitution stipulates that any organ may permit a Member in arrears to vote in that organ if it is satisfied that the failure to pay is due to conditions beyond the control of the Member.
3- تنص المادة 5-2 من دستور اليونيدو على أنه يجوز لأي هيئة أن تسمح لعضو عليه متأخّرات بأن يصوّت في تلك الهيئة إذا اقتنعت بأن عدم الدفع راجع إلى ظروف خارجة عن إرادته.

(c) Gave satisfaction to the request by Costa Rica for the restoration of its voting rights in accordance with Article 5.2 of the UNIDO Constitution.
(ج) وافق على طلب كوستاريكا بشأن استعادة حقوقها في التصويت وفقا للمادة 5-2 من دستور اليونيدو.

(d) Gave satisfaction to the request by Moldova for the restoration of its voting rights in accordance with Article 5.2 of the UNIDO Constitution.
(د) وافق على طلب مولدوفا بشأن استعادة حقوقها في التصويت وفقا للمادة 5-2 من دستور اليونيدو.

As provided in Article 11.5 of the UNIDO Constitution, “The conditions of service of staff shall conform as far as possible to those of the United Nations common system”.
٥١ - تنص المادة ١١-٥ من دستور اليونيدو على أن " تكون شروط خدمة موظفي اليونيدو مطابقة قدر اﻹمكان لشروط النظام الموحد لﻷمم المتحدة " .

(c) Referred to paragraph 5, Article 11 of the UNIDO Constitution regarding recruitment of staff in the Secretariat;

(f) Gave satisfaction to the request by Azerbaijan for the restoration of its voting rights in accordance with Article 5.2 of the UNIDO Constitution.
(و) وافق على طلب أذربيجان بشأن استعادة حقوقها في التصويت وفقا للمادة 5-2 من دستور اليونيدو.

12. Article 8, paragraph 3 (d), of the UNIDO Constitution states:
12- تنص المادة 8، الفقرة 3 (د)، من دستور اليونيدو على ما يلي:

(a) Recalled Article 15 of the UNIDO Constitution and Article 5.5 (b) of the Financial Regulations of UNIDO;
(أ) استذكر المادة 15 من دستور اليونيدو والمادة 5-5 (ب) من النظام المالي لليونيدو؛

4. Article 5.2 of the UNIDO Constitution stipulates that any organ may permit a Member in arrears to vote in that organ if it is satisfied that the failure to pay is due to conditions beyond the control of the Member.
4- تنص المادة 5-2 من دستور اليونيدو على أنه يجوز لأي هيئة أن تسمح للعضو الذي عليه متأخرات بأن يصوت في تلك الهيئة اذا اقتنعت بأن عدم السداد راجع إلى ظروف خارجة عن ارادته.

(d) Gave satisfaction to the request by Ukraine for the restoration of its voting rights in accordance with Article 5.2 of the UNIDO Constitution.
(د) وافق على طلب أوكرانيا استعادة حقوقها في التصويت وفقا للمادة 5-2 من دستور اليونيدو.

Given the afore-mentioned circumstances, that were beyond its control and being one of the Least Developed Countries in the region, I would like to ask the General Conference of UNIDO to take a positive decision on restoring the voting right of Afghanistan, commencing with the 11th session of the General Conference, based on the provisions of Article 5 of the UNIDO Constitution.
وبناء على الظروف المذكورة آنفا والخارجة عن إرادة أفغانستان، التي واحدة من أقل البلدان نموا في المنطقة، أود أن أطلب إلى المؤتمر العام لليونيدو أن يتخذ قرارا إيجابيا بشأن إعادة حق أفغانستان في التصويت، ابتداء من الدورة الحادية عشرة للمؤتمر العام، بالاستناد إلى أحكام المادة 5 من دستور اليونيدو.
