II. ثانيا - إن جمهورية كرواتيا مستعدة للتفاوض بشأن ولاية مشروطة وتقنية لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية في اقليم جمهورية كرواتيا لﻷيام اﻟ ١٠٠ المقبلة إذا ما اتخذ مجلس اﻷمن التابع لﻷمم المتحدة قرارا يحتوي على أحكام تنص على التنفيذ الفعلي لولاية قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية في جمهورية كرواتيا، أي على ما يلي:

The Secretariat believed that there was unanimity among the sponsors that the extension of the UNPROFOR mandate to include a capacity to deter attack against the safe areas should not be construed as signifying deployment in sufficient strength to repel attacks by military force.
وترى اﻷمانة أن هناك إجماعا بين مقدمي القرار على أن توسيع نطاق ولاية قوة الحماية لتشمل القدرة على ردع الهجمات ضد المناطق اﻵمنة ينبغي ألا ينظر إليه على أنه يعني نشر قوام يكفي لصد هجمات من جانب قوة عسكرية.
