27- إذا رأت دولة من الدول أنها لا تستطيع الامتثال فوراً للفقرتين 24 و25 جاز لها أن تعلن عند تقديم إخطارها بالموافقة على التقيد بمجموعة التوصيات هذه أنها ترجئ الامتثال مدة لا تتجاوز 12 سنة من تاريخ بدء نفاذ مجموعة التوصيات هذه.

(b) Cooperation and assistance in the destruction of stockpiles of MOTAPMs that do not meet and cannot be modified to meet the requirements of this set of recommendations.
(ب) التعاون والمساعدة في مجال تدمير مخزونات الألغام غير الألغام المضادة للأفراد التي لا تستوفي شروط مجموعة التوصيات هذه والتي لا يمكن تعديلها لتستوفي هذه الشروط.

(d) All MOTAPMs produced after entry into force of this set of recommendations shall be marked in English or in the respective national language or languages with the following information:

10. MOTAPM emplaced in minefields before the entry into force of this set of recommendations for a State are excluded from the detectability requirement in this chapter.
