24.26 In the field of translation and editorial services, the main objective will be:

(a) (i) Absence of complaints by representatives of Member States at intergovernmental organs, members of expert bodies and client departments as to the quality of translation and editorial services

During the biennium 2002-2003, the Service will place its emphasis on the quality of translation and editorial services through an increase in and the more efficient utilization of computer-assisted translation tools and on improving the efficiency of contractual translation.
