Article 3. The offences envisaged in this Law shall be punishable independently of those defined in the Penal Code or, as the case may be, in the Law on Military Offences, and of crimes committed in connection with the offences referred to in such laws.

Article 57, paragraph 2, of the Treaty between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic stipulates extradition for offences referred to in article 4 of the Convention.
وتنص الفقرة 2 من المادة 57 من المعاهدة المبرمة بين جمهورية طاجيكستان وجمهورية قيرغيزستان على تسليم الأشخاص مرتكبي الجرائم المذكورة في المادة 4 من الاتفاقية.

3. States Parties which do not make extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty shall recognize the offences referred to in article 2 as extraditable offences between themselves, subject to the conditions provided for by the law of the requested State.

37. If committed by persons or groups of persons acting without the authorization, support or acquiescence of the State, the offences referred to in article 2 do not constitute " enforced disappearance " but are criminalized under French law as terrorist acts within the meaning of article 421-1 of the Criminal Code or as kidnapping and unlawful detention provided for and punished under article 224-1 of the Criminal Code.

5. When more than one State Party claims jurisdiction over one of the offences referred to in this Convention, the relevant States Parties shall strive to coordinate their actions efficiently, in particular concerning the conditions for prosecuting and the terms and conditions of mutual legal assistance.
٥ - عندما تقرر أكثر من دولة طرف واحدة ولايتها القضائية على جريمة مشار إليها في هذه الاتفاقية، تعمل الدول اﻷطراف المعنية على تنسيق إجراءاتها بفعالية، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بشروط المحاكمة وطرائق تبادل المساعدة القانونية.

The offences referred to in resolution 1373 (2001) are prosecutable, criminalized and extraditable offences under many international agreements, including anti-terrorist conventions and protocols, as well as internal legislation.
والجرائم المشار إليها في القرار 1373 (2001) هي الجرائم التي يمكن محاكمتها وتجريمها وتسليم مرتكبيها بموجب كثير من الاتفاقات الدولية والتي تشمل اتفاقيات وبروتوكولات مكافحة الإرهاب وكذلك التشريع الوطني.

17. The Committee is concerned that current Bulgarian legislation does not provide for jurisdiction over offences referred to in article 4 of the Convention for all acts of torture owing to the absence of a specific and autonomous offence of torture which corresponds to the definition outlined in the Convention (arts. 5, 6 and 7).
