ويتولى مترجمو الأمم المتحدة الشفويون ترجمة البيان شفويا إلى سائر اللغات الرسمية بالاستناد إلى نص الترجمة الشفوية أو النص المكتوب الذي تقبله الأمانة العامة باعتباره يمثل النص الرسمي للبيان.

The drafting and issuing of an official text guaranteeing a transparent procedure for appointments upon graduation from the College;
إعداد ونشر نص رسمي يكفل إجراءات شفافة لتعيينات الخريجين؛

On the basis of this interpretation or written text, which is accepted by the Secretariat as representing the official text of the statement, it will be interpreted into the other official languages by United Nations interpreters.
وعندئذ يتولى مترجمو اﻷمم المتحدة الشفويون ترجمة البيان شفويا الى سائر اللغات الرسمية بالاستناد الى أن نص الترجمة هو الشفوية أو الى النص المكتوب؛ وتعتبر اﻷمانة العامة ذلك هو النص الرسمي للكلمة.

واستنادا إلى هذه الترجمة الشفوية أو هذا النص الخطي، الذي تقبله اﻷمانة العامة على أنه يمثل النص الرسمي للبيان، سيقوم المترجمون الشفويون التابعون لﻷمم المتحدة بترجمة البيان شفويا إلى اللغات الرسمية اﻷخرى.

22. If written texts are provided in more than one official language, delegations should indicate clearly which of those texts is to be accepted as the official text.
٢٢ - وفي حالة تقديم النصوص الخطية بأكثر من لغة رسمية واحدة، ينبغي للوفود أن تحدد بوضوح النص الذي يقبل منها على أنه النص الرسمي.

The interpretation or written text will be considered by the Secretariat to represent the official text of the statement and will be used by United Nations interpreters as the basis for interpretation into the other official languages.
وستعتبر الأمانة الترجمة الشفوية للبيان أو نصه النص الرسمي الذي يمثل البيان، وسيستند إليهما المترجمون الشفويون للأمم المتحدة لتوفير الترجمة الشفوية إلى اللغات الرسمية الأخرى.

For written texts provided in more than one official language, delegations should indicate clearly which of these is to be accepted as the official text.
وإذا قدمت نصوص مكتوبة بأكثر من لغة من اللغات الرسمية، يتعين على الوفود أن تبيّن بوضوح النص الذي ينبغي اعتباره النص الرسمي.

Canada also stresses that an official text does not yet exist.
وأكدت أيضا على أنه لا يوجد بعد نص رسمي.

4°. If a declaration under this section is made, this subsection and subsection 3, other than the amendment of this Constitution effected thereby, and subsection 5 of this section shall be omitted from every official text of this Constitution published thereafter, but notwithstanding such omission this section shall continue to have the force of law. 5°.
رابعاً- وإذا صدر إعلان بموجب هذا البند، يتم حذف هذا البند الفرعي والبند الفرعي 3، بخلاف تعديل الدستور الذي أصبح نافذاً بذلك، والبند الفرعي 5 من هذا البند من كل نص رسمي في هذا الدستور الذي سينشر فيما بعد، ولكن على الرغم من هذا الحذف سيظل لهذا البند قوة القانون.
