The COP further agreed to develop modalities for the facilitation of support through the registry referred to in paragraph 36 above, including any functional relationship with the financial mechanism. The development of these modalities is included in the work programme on enhanced measurement, reporting and verification for Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention outlined in paragraph 32 above.
