The Committee recalls its statement on its relationship with nongovernmental organizations (2010), as well as the recommendations made by the Committee against Torture (CAT/C/ETH/CO/1, para. 34) and the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD/C/ETH/CO/7, para. 14), and calls on the State party to:

At its fortieth session in January 2008, the Committee adopted a statement on its relationship with national human rights institutions in which, inter alia, it encouraged them to publicize and disseminate the Convention and its Optional Protocol, and the output of the Committee and welcomed the provision by them of country-specific information on States parties before the pre-session working group or the Committee.
واعتمدت اللجنة في دورتها الأربعين المعقودة في كانون الثاني/يناير 2008 بيانا بشأن علاقتها مع المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان ورد فيه في جملة أمور أنها تشجعها على نشر وتعميم الاتفاقية وبروتوكولها الاختياري ومساهمة اللجنة في ذلك، ورحبت بموافاتها إياها بمعلومات قطرية بشأن الدول الأطراف المعروضة تقاريرها عليها أو على الفريق العامل لما قبل الدورة(ﺯ).
