25. The working group should focus on the effects of the working methods and activities of TNCs on the enjoyment of all human rights, as a matter of the first priority.
25- ينبغي للفريق العامل أن يركز على ما لأساليب عمل الشركات عبر الوطنية وأنشطتها من آثار على التمتع بجميع حقوق الإنسان، وذلك على سبيل الأولوية القصوى.

50. The working group should focus on the effects of the activities of TNCs on the enjoyment of all human rights in line with the mandate given to the working group.

11. Requests the Security Council to honour its undertaking to lift the embargo once Iraq has complied with its obligations pursuant to the relevant Security Council resolutions, since the embargo imposed on Iraq has a serious effect on the enjoyment of all the rights provided for in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the relevant international instruments;

Decides to continue to consider, as a sub-item under the agenda item entitled “The realization of economic, social and cultural rights”, the question of the effects of the activities and working methods of transnational corporations on the enjoyment of all human rights, including the right to development.

63. The results of the dialogue established within the Administrative Committee on Coordination (ACC) concerning development of indicators of progress in human rights and assessment of the impact of the strategies and policies of the various agencies and programmes on the enjoyment of all human rights will play an important role in promoting the right to development and economic, social and cultural rights.
٣٦ - وستؤدي نتائج الحوار القائم في لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية بشأن وضع مؤشرات لقياس التقدم المحرز في ميدان حقوق اﻹنسان وتقييم أثر استراتيجيات وسياسات الوكالات والبرامج المختلفة على التمتع بجميع حقوق اﻹنسان دورا هاما في تعزيز الحق في التنمية والحقوق الثقافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
