I. Introduction 1. In its resolution 10/1, the Human Rights Council requested the High Commissioner for Human Rights to submit to the Council an annual report on the question of the realization in all countries of economic, social and cultural rights.
1- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في قراره 10/1، إلى المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تقدم إلى المجلس تقريراً سنوياً عن مسألة إعمال الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في جميع البلدان.

9. Takes note of the report of the High Commissioner on the question of the realization in all countries of economic, social and cultural rights submitted to the Council pursuant to resolution 10/1;
9- يحيط علماً بتقرير المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان عن مسألة إعمال الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في جميع البلدان المقدم إلى المجلس عملاً بقراره 10/1؛

10. Requests the High Commissioner to continue to prepare and submit to the Council an annual report on the question of the realization in all countries of economic, social and cultural rights under agenda item 3;
10- يطلب إلى المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان مواصلة إعداد تقرير سنوي وتقديمه إلى المجلس عن مسألة إعمال الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في جميع البلدان في إطار البند 3 من جدول الأعمال؛

10. Requests the High Commissioner to continue to prepare and submit to the Council an annual report on the question of the realization in all countries of economic, social and cultural rights under agenda item 3;
10- يطلب إلى المفوضة السامية أن تواصل إعداد تقرير سنوي وتقديمه إلى المجلس عن مسألة إعمال الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في جميع البلدان بموجب البند 3 من جدول الأعمال؛
