Taking note of the draft declaration on the rights of peasants and other people working in rural areas prepared by the Advisory Committee and submitted to the Human Rights Council,
وإذ يحيط علماً بمشروع الإعلان المتعلق بحقوق الفلاحين وغيرهم من العاملين في الأرياف الذي أعدته اللجنة الاستشارية وقدمته إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان()،

1. Decides that the working group with the mandate of negotiating, finalizing and submitting to the Human Rights Council a draft United Nations declaration on the rights of peasants and other people working in rural areas shall hold its second session for five working days before the twenty-ninth session of the Council;
1- يقرر أن يعقد الفريق العامل المكلف بولاية التفاوض على مشروع إعلان الأمم المتحدة المتعلق بحقوق الفلاحين وغيرهم من العاملين في المناطق الريفية، ووضعه في صيغته النهائية، وتقديمه إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان، دورته الثانية لمدة خمسة أيام عمل قبل انعقاد دورة المجلس التاسعة والعشرين؛

They stressed that the Human Rights Council had given the working group a clear mandate, through its resolution 21/19, to negotiate, finalize and submit to the Council a draft United Nations declaration on the rights of peasants and other people working in rural areas, on the basis of the draft submitted by the Advisory Committee.
