Mr. Maradiaga (Honduras) suggested the addition, at the end of paragraph 3, of words to the effect that Honduras encouraged the representatives of other States members of the Commission to promote the adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts in their respective countries.
