2. A proposal for an open, transparent and inclusive process for the ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit, as recommended by the Toolkit meeting participants, is outlined below.

1 - أحاط مؤتمر الأطراف علماً في اجتماعه الثالث، وفي مقرره " اتفاقية استكهولم - 3/6 " ، بجملة أمور من بينها سجل خبراء مجموعة الأدوات،(3) واعتمد عملية مواصلة استعراض وتحديث مجموعة الأدوات على النحو الوارد في المرفق لذلك المقرر، وطلب إلى الأمانة تنفيذ العملية في حدود الموارد المتاحة وتقديم تقرير عن التقدم المحرز إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الرابع.

Organized jointly with UNEP Chemicals an expert meeting from 13 to 15 December 2006 to further develop the Toolkit and to establish possible elements of an open and transparent process of ongoing review and updating of the Toolkit.
