2-4-4 إصدار إعلانات تفسيرية مشروطة عند التفاوض بشأن نص معاهدة أو اعتماده أو توثيقه أو التوقيع عليه والإقرار الرسمي

If formulated when negotiating, adopting or authenticating the text of the treaty or when signing the treaty subject to ratification, act of formal confirmation, acceptance or approval, a conditional interpretative declaration must be formally confirmed by the reserving State or international organization when expressing its consent to be bound by the treaty.
إذا صدر الإعلان التفسيري المشروط أثناء التفاوض بشأن نص المعاهدة أو اعتماده أو توثيقه أو لدى توقيع المعاهدة رهنا بالتصديق عليها أو إقرارها رسميا أو قبولها أو الموافقة عليها، وجب على الدولة أو المنظمة الدولية المصدرة للإعلان أن تقره رسميا حين تعرب عن رضاها بالارتباط للمعاهدة.

If formulated when negotiating, adopting or authenticating the text of the treaty or when signing the treaty subject to ratification, an act of formal confirmation, acceptance or approval, a reservation must be formally confirmed by the reserving State or international organization when expressing its consent to be bound by the treaty.

If formulated when negotiating, adopting or authenticating the text of the treaty or when signing the treaty subject to ratification, an act of formal confirmation, acceptance or approval, a conditional interpretative declaration must be formally confirmed by the reserving State or international organization when expressing its consent to be bound by the treaty.
عند إصدار إعلان تفسيري مشروط لدى التفاوض بشأن نص معاهدة أو اعتماده أو توثيقه أو لدى التوقيع على معاهدة رهنا بالتصديق عليها أو لدى التثبيت الرسمي أو القبول أو الإقرار، ينبغي تأكيد هذا الإعلان التفسيري المشروط من جانب الدولة أو المنظمة الدولية التي تصدره، وذلك في وقت الإعراب عن موافقتها على الانضمام.
