" Apologie, for the purposes of this Code, shall mean the expression, before a group of individuals or by any other means of communication, of ideas or doctrines that extol crime or glorify the perpetrator thereof.

5- يدين البرامج السياسية والمنظمات القائمة على أساس العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو نظريات التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، وكذلك التشريعات والممارسات القائمة على العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، بوصفها تتعارض مع الديمقراطية ومع الحكم الشفاف والخاضع للمساءلة؛

It must not adopt systems or doctrines that blur the distinction between nuclear and conventional weapons or lower the nuclear threshold.

`10` إدانة المنابر السياسية والمنظمات القائمة على العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، وحظر الدعاية العنصرية والمعادية للأجانب التي تحرض على الكراهية والعنف العنصريين؛

28. As appears from the above, cooperation is facilitated by a degree of commonality of approach; differences in substantive competition laws or doctrines, enforcement practices or procedures, or interpretations of the underlying facts may all constitute impediments.
28- يتبين مما سبق أعلاه أن أحد العوامل التي تيسّر التعاون هو إتباع نهج موحّد إلى حد ما، فالفوارق في قوانين أو مذاهب التنافس الموضوعية، أو في ممارسات أو إجراءات الإعمال، أو في تفسيرات الحقائق الأساسية، كلها قد تشكل عوائق بحد ذاتها.

1- تظل مقتنعة بوجوب إدانة برامج العمل والمنظمات السياسية القائمة على أساس العنصرية أو كره الأجانب أو مذاهب التفوق العنصري وما يتصل بذلك من تمييز، لكونها تتعارض مع الديمقراطية والحكم السديد الذي يتسم بالشفافية والمساءلة؛

وحياة الملايين في خطر بسبب أعمال أو مبادئ بعض الدول التي أسهمت في خطر أسلحة الدمار الشامل وزيادة درجات الحرارة على كوكبنا ورفضها الامتثال للبروتوكولات الدولية التي صدقت عليها معظم الدول.

والإعلانات الأحادية عن المصالح الأمنية الوطنية، القائمة على أساس إضفاء المشروعية على الأسلحة النووية، في الاستراتيجيات أو المذاهب الأمنية لبعض الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية، ستوجد سباقا آخر في التسلح النووي وستديم سياسة الردع النووي.

In cases where political parties, associations, organizations are established or function on the basis of ideas or doctrines of superiority of one race or ethnic group, or attempt to justify or promote racial hatred or discrimination, legal action is taken by the authorities in line with the provisions of the relevant legislation.
وفي الحالات التي تُنشأ فيها أحزاب سياسية أو جمعيات أو منظمات أو تعمل على أساس أفكار أو عقائد تؤمن بتفوق عرق أو مجموعة إثنية، أو تحاول تبرير أو تعزيـز الكراهية العنصرية أو التمييز العنصري، تتخذ السلطات إجراءات قانونية وفقاً لأحكام التشريعات المناسبة.
