(ب) إذا كان رفض تكريم أو وسام أو صنيع أو هدية غير منتظرة من حكومة من الحكومات يسبب إحراجا للسلطة، جاز للموظف أن يتسلمها باسم السلطة ثم يبلغ الأمين العام بها ويسلمها له، فإما أن يحتفظ الأمين العام بها للسلطة أو يرتب أمر التصرف فيها لمنفعة السلطة أو لغرض خيري.

Irrespective of such arrangements, all seconded officers would continue to be prohibited from accepting any honour, decoration, favour or gift from any Government.
وبغض النظر عن هذه الترتيبات، يظل ممنوعاً على جميع الضباط المعارين قبول أي تكريم أو وسام أو جميل أو هدية من أية حكومة.
