(2) Any person who recruits, transports, traffics, buys, sells, conceals or accepts children or juveniles for exploitation as stipulated in paragraph 1, shall be punished with a penalty of at least 5 years imprisonment.
(2) يعاقب بالسجن لمدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات أي شخص يقوم بجمع أو نقل أو تهريب أو شراء أو بيع أو إخفاء أو قبول أطفال أو أحداث بغرض استغلالهم على النحو المنصوص عليه في الفقرة 1.

(c) Treat children or juveniles in conflict with the law and children or juveniles at risk in a different and distinct manner so that they are not placed in the same institutions with the same regimes or restrictions; and
(ج) ومعاملة الأطفال أو الأحداث الجانحين والأطفال أو الأحداث المعرضين للخطر معاملة مختلفة ومميزة بحيث لا يودعوا المؤسسات نفسها التي تخضع للنظم أو القيود نفسها؛

(ج) معاملة الأطفال أو الأحداث المخالفين للقانون بأسلوب مختلف ومميَّز عن معاملة الأطفال أو الأحداث المعرضين للخطر، والحرص على عدم إيداعهم في نفس المؤسسات وإخضاعهم لنفس النُّظُم أو التقييدات؛

Encourages States to review their national legislation to ensure that any national security, State security, counterterrorism or similar laws under which children or juveniles could be tried are compatible with the provisions of international humanitarian law and applicable international human rights instruments including the Convention on the Rights of the Child;

23.8 The PCJO empowers the courts to grant care or protection order in respect of children or juveniles (including those with disabilities) who have been abused, or who are beyond control to the extent that harm may be caused to them or others, or whose health, development or welfare has been or is being neglected.

Currently, work was focused on the following issues: (i) legislative reform; (ii) training of police, judges, prison staff, etc. (iii) support for fulfilling reporting obligations to treaty monitoring bodies; (iv) support for human rights education; (v) support for national human rights institutions; (vi) the launching of human rights action plans; and (vii) support for certain key groups, such as minorities, indigenous peoples or juveniles.

262- ينيط الأمر الخاص حماية الأطفال والأحداث المحاكم بسلطة إصدار أوامر تقضي بالإشراف على الرعاية أو الحماية فيما يتصل بالأطفال أو الأحداث الذين تعرضوا لإساءة المعاملة أو الذين لم يعد بالإمكان التحكم فيهم مما جعلهم عرضة للإساءات أو قادرين على إلحاق الأذى بالغير، أو الذين أهملت صحتهم ولا تزال تُهمل، وكذلك نموهم أو رفاههم.
