(ب) [أن يكون قد استلم من المشاركين في المشروع، قبل تقديم تقرير التصديق إلى المجلس التنفيذي، إعلاناً خطياً يفيد أن نشاط المشروع الصغير المقترح للتحريج وإعادة التحريج في إطار الآلية يجري وضعه أو تنفيذه من جانب مجتمعات وأفراد منخفضي الدخل حسبما يقرره الطرف المضيف.]

A Party not included in Annex I may host an afforestation or reforestation project activity under the CDM if it has selected and reported to the Executive Board through its designated national authority for the CDM:

14- يتولى الكيان التشغيلي المعين الذي اختاره المشتركون في المشروع للمصادقة على نشاط مشروع مقترح للتحريج وإعادة التحريج في إطار الآلية، نظراً لخضوعه لترتيب تعاقدي معهم، استعراض وثيقة تصميم المشروع وأي وثائق داعمة للتأكد من استيفاء الشروط التالية:
