7. Also, in paragraph 7 of the above-mentioned agreed conclusions, the Intergovernmental Group of Experts decided that UNCTAD should undertake further voluntary peer reviews of the competition law and policy of a member State or regional groupings of States during the fourteenth session of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts.
7- وفي الفقرة 7 أيضاً من الاستنتاجات المتَّفق عليها المذكورة أعلاه، قرر فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي أنه ينبغي للأونكتاد إجراء المزيد من استعراضات النُظراء الطوعية بشأن قوانين وسياسات المنافسة للدول الأعضاء أو التجمعات الإقليمية للدول، خلال انعقاد الدورة الرابعة عشرة للفريق.

8. Also, in paragraph 2 of the above-mentioned agreed conclusions, the Intergovernmental Group of Experts decided that UNCTAD should undertake further voluntary peer reviews on competition law and policy of a member state or regional groupings of states, during the tenth session of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts.

7. In paragraph 1 of the above-mentioned agreed conclusions, the Intergovernmental Group of Experts decided that UNCTAD should undertake further voluntary peer reviews on the competition law and policy of member States or regional groupings of States, back to back with the ninth session of the Group.
7- وفي الفقرة 1 من الاستنتاجات المتفق عليها المذكورة أعلاه، قرر فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي أنه ينبغي للأونكتاد إجراء المزيد من استعراضات النظراء الطوعية بشأن قوانين وسياسات المنافسة للدول الأعضاء أو التجمعات الإقليمية للدول، بالتزامن مع انعقاد الدورة التاسعة للفريق.

2. Decides that UNCTAD should, in light of the experiences with the voluntary peer reviews undertaken so far by UNCTAD and others and in accordance with available resources, undertake further voluntary peer reviews on the competition law and policy of member States or regional groupings of States during the Seventh United Nations Conference to Review All Aspects of the Set in 2015;
٢- يقرر، في ضوء التجارب المتصلة بعمليات استعراض النظراء الطوعية التي أجراها الأونكتاد وغيره من الكيانات حتى الآن، ووفقاً للموارد المتاحة، أنه ينبغي للأونكتاد أن يُجري مزيدا من عمليات استعراض النظراء الطوعية لقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في الدول الأعضاء أو التجمعات الإقليمية للدول خلال مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة السابع لاستعراض جميع جوانب المجموعة عام 2015؛

5. Decides that UNCTAD should, in the light of the experiences with the voluntary peer reviews undertaken so far and in accordance with available resources, undertake further voluntary peer reviews on the competition law and policy of member States or regional groupings of States, and provide feedback on the follow-up of the peer reviews during the following sessions of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts;
5- يقرر، في ضوء التجارب المتصلة باستعراضات النظراء الطوعية التي أُجريت حتى الآن، وبحسب الموارد المتاحة، أنه ينبغي للأونكتاد أن يُجري المزيد من استعراضات النظراء الطوعية لقوانين وسياسات المنافسة في الدول الأعضاء أو التجمعات الإقليمية للدول، وأن يقدم تعليقاته بشأن متابعة استعراضات النظراء أثناء الدورات التي يعقدها فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي لاحقاً؛

By the end of 1996, 70 countries or regional groupings had adopted master plans; during the period 1992-1996, the Programme had provided some form of support, such as missions or more comprehensive projects, to 37 of them.
