On the basis of the above, the Working Group considers that Mr. Jabeur Mejri was arrested and sentenced for having expressed his opinions on Islam and its prophet without it being established that, in so doing, he had undermined respect for the rights or reputations of others or the protection of national security or public order, health or morals, which are the only admissible exceptions in this matter.
