"
وتعرِّف المادة 2 من المشروع المذكور أعلاه جريمة تمويل الإرهاب كالتالي: " يرتكب جريمة تمويل الإرهاب كل شخص يقوم بأي وسيلة كانت، مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، وبشكل غير مشروع، أو متعمد، بتقديم أو جمع أموال بنية استخدامها، كليا أو جزئيا، لغرض ارتكاب الجرائم والجنح التي تعتبر أعمالا إرهابية أو تخريبية " .

Act 7.170/83, Article 20, punishes wilful terrorism financing: " To cause havoc, to plunder, to extort, to steal, to kidnap, to keep in home-imprisonment, to burn down, to depredate, to provoke explosion, to practice personal assault or acts of terrorism, for political reasons or for the obtention of funds that are destined to the maintenance of clandestine or subversive organizations " .
وتقضي المادة 20 من القانون رقم 7.170/83() بمعاقبة تمويل الإرهاب عمدا: " التسبب في الخراب، أو النهب، أو الابتزاز، أو السرقة، أو الاختطاف، أو الحبس في البيت، أو الإحراق، أو السلب، أو التسبب في الانفجار، أو ممارسة اعتداء شخصي، أو أعمال الإرهاب، لأسباب سياسية أو لإحراز أموال تستهدف دعم منظمات سرية أو تخريبية " ().

Article 87 bis 6 of the Penal Code states that " any Algerian who is active or enrolled in a terrorist or subversive association, group or organization abroad, whatever its structure or name, even if its activities are not directed against Algeria, shall be subject to 10 to 20 years' imprisonment and a fine of DA 500,000 to DA 1,000,000 " .
