1. Prohibition of the sale or supply of arms and related material.

However, these restrictions remain in force in respect of the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to non-governmental forces, or to persons in neighbouring States, for use in Rwanda.
غير أن هذه القيود لا تزال سارية فيما يتعلق ببيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة والمعدات ذات الصلة إلى القوات غير الحكومية، أو إلى أشخاص في الدول المجاورة، لاستخدامها في رواندا.

However, all States are required to continue to implement those restrictions in respect of the sale or supply of arms and related matériel to non-governmental forces, or to persons in neighbouring States, for use in Rwanda.
